Auckland Resilience
Description : Recognition that some people and groups adapt better than others to the loss and destruction associated with disaster has stimulated a need to develop this resilient capability. To do so, emergency planners must be able to identify the individual and community characteristics that predict resilience. The goal of this project was to identify from the large number and diversity of factors that could be implicated, a parsimonious and cost-effective resilience model.
