Abstract:Aucklanders are advised to exercise caution as heavy rain and strong winds are expected across the Auckland region over the weekend. The Metservice issued a severe weather warning for heavy rain and strong winds from early Saturday morning.

Title:Power outage causes business continuity concerns
Abstract:Yesterday much of east Auckland experienced a short-term power outage, closing many businesses and turning away customers. The overall vision of the New Zealand Government is a ‘Resilient New Zealand – Communities Understanding and Managing Their Hazards’.
