Abstract:Heavy rain causes land slip in Torbay, North Shore City. The recent heavy rain in the region has caused a land slip in a residential street in Torbay. Three houses have been damaged, one seriously, and twelve further houses have been evacuated as a precaution.

Today the MetService issued Severe Weather Warnings for heavy rain in Northland, Coromandel, Bay of Plenty, Rotorua and Gisborne.
